A Reftekk representative will ask for your verbal or in- person consent before adding your mobile number to receive text messages from us — we do not enroll phone numbers in text messaging without this consent.

Reftekk does not use automated or bulk marketing text blasts. Our text messages are sent individually, by a real member of our team, only as part of standard, requested business communication with customers, suppliers, and other business contacts. Examples include:
•    Coordinating a meeting, pickup, or delivery location and time with a customer or supplier
•    Receiving a photo or details about a product issue (for example, a photo of a broken product) so we can assist you
•    Order, shipping, or logistics updates related to your account
•    General customer service follow-up related to an active inquiry, order, or project

Messaging frequency may vary.Because we do not send automated messages, how often you hear from us depends entirely on your ongoing communication with our team.

Charges may appear on your mobile phone bill, or reduce your prepaid balance, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out at any time, text STOP.After you text STOP, we will send one final confirmation message, and you will not receive further text messages from Reftekk unless you opt in again.
