• Extremely Flammable. Vapors may ignite or cause flash fires. Do not expose to heat.
• Use only in well ventilated areas. Do not inhale fumes for a prolonged period of time or allow prolonged contact with skin.
• Not a low VOC emission adhesive.
Aeroseal is a solvent-based contact adhesive specially formulated for vapor-sealing adjoining seams of AEROFLEX EPDM™ tube, sheet and roll insulation and also for bonding AEROFLEX EPDM™ insulation to a variety of flat and curved surfaces. Provides immediate bond to metal, PVC melamine and other approved substrates. Suitable for continuous operating temperatures up to 257°F (125°C) on piping and 200°F (93°C) sheets & rolls.
Strong Bond: Aeroseal creates a strong, tenacious bond to the applied materials for long lasting service.
Fast Setting: Sets up in 1 to 3 minutes, depending on jobsite conditions.
Vapor Seal: Provides immediate vapor seal at seams.
High Temperature: Aeroseal® can withstand up to 257 F conditions, perfect for VRV/VRF operating conditions.
Water Vapor Resistant: Aeroseal® has high water vapor resistance and weathering resistance to prevent moisture from penetrating joints.
